She holds a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University with a background in marketing and brand management, bringing both academic training and real-world experience into her work. She has built marketing and branding experience across multiple fields, including higher education, AI defense technology, and the restaurant and bar industry. Brooke is deeply hands-on with every project, approaching her work with equal parts discipline, curiosity, and creative drive.

Patsy is the Creative Assistant at Haus of BT, supporting the creative process through constant supervision, strategic interruptions, and an unwavering commitment to comfort. She is often found stationed directly on laptops, notebooks, or anything currently in use, ensuring that no task is completed without her approval. Her leadership style is assertive, efficient, and entirely unapologetic.
